Mr. Shubhendu Kadam
Chef Mr. Shubhendu Kadam Founded Vishva Hospitality in 2016 as his longtime dream to create a one stop solution provider for hospitality industry. A seasoned Chef, having more than 2 decades of versatile restaurant/kitchen management experience and also encompasses an expertise in Concept Development of Specialized Food & Beverage Services, Hotel/Restaurant pre-opening, Facility Planning, Kitchen Designing, Project Build(Hotels / Resorts /Wellness Retreats / Cruise Lines / Restaurants / Catering / Consulting ) – India/Overseas such as in Philippines, Indonesia and USA. He has been a part of prominent hospitality brands such as Park Hyatt, Marriott International, IHG, Carlson group and also has established himself as master chef in wellness cuisine and a well-known face of wellness market segment in India by successfully setting up wellness hotels such as Atmantan wellness and Hilton Shillim wellness Retreat in India.

Mr. Ravi Kumar
With more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Ravi Kumar brings his expertise in hospitality operations and management after a long spanning career in world-class luxury hotels in China, Thailand and India. He has been a part of prominent hospitality brands such as The Ritz Carlton, The Regent, Hilton and few other brands from Marriott International to add on.
In addition to his proficiency in hotel operations, Mr. Ravi Kumar possesses an extensive knowledge of organizational development and growth, Business / Franchise Development, Owner Relationship Management, Concept Development of Specialized Food & Beverage Services process orientation and personnel management. His sharp eye for detail and focus on superior quality is aligned with the luxury hotels, brand commitment towards enriching client experiences through thoughtfully crafted services.
He is an MBA in marketing and public relations from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and carry a diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from NSHM Knowledge Durgapur, West Bengal.
Mr. Ravi Kumar is passionate about contributing to the development hospitality communities through his own learning and experiences from the top luxurious brands in the world.

Mr. Jack Zhou, China
Jack Zhou has over 16 years of experience in various establishments of hospitality services in China and South Africa has proven his expertise in managing Food & Beverage Division under many prestigious worldwide hotel companies like Marriott International, Starwood and Hilton. He started his career with the luxurious brand The Ritz Carlton hotels in China and laddering up promptly into some key positions in 5-star International Chain Hotels, Condominium & Serviced Apartments and prestigious Golf & Country. Jack also served as an opening team member of many Leading Hotels and also has closely been associated with Hotels Owners as an advisory member.

Mr. Mahesh Sharma, Strategic Advisory
A Certified Hotel Administrator & a Hospitality Graduate from IHM Pusa in 1973 , having more than 3 decades of versatile Senior Management Experience – Hotel Administration & Operations. His experience in the consulting field encompasses economic feasibility analyses, asset & large portfolio valuations, operator searches & management contract negotiations, master planning & strategic consulting assignments. Gaining valuable experience across professional roles ranging from hotel operations & revenue management to franchise relations and business development, he understands the hotel business from a holistic perspective.

Dr. Savitha Pillai, BAMS (Integrated Medicine), PGD (Wellness Management) Advisory, Integrative Wellness
Dr.Pillai brings in 18 years of her diversified international experience, love, passion and immense knowledge of scientific Ayurveda, Keraleeya Panchakarma, Naadi Pareeksha (Pulse Diagnosis), herbs, Yoga, Integrated medicine, functional medicine, hospitality, Wellness Culinary into her practice of Holistic Integrative Health & Wellness. Dr. Savitha’s extensive carrier background in India and International- Middle East, Africa, Malaysia, has allowed her a unique insight in Practicing Yoga Ayurveda &Holistic wellness at multiple hospitality & wellness centres.
